The Navy App Locker is an official mobile service provided by the U.S. Navy, developed by the Navy's PMW 240 Program.

The Navy App Locker mobile app and accompanying website serve as a reliable source for information and download links to mobile apps developed by the U.S. Navy. Previously, there was no centralized platform to view all Navy-developed apps, but the Navy App Locker solves this problem by offering a comprehensive collection of app details and information while providing direct download links to commercial app stores. It seamlessly integrates with sailors' personal devices and does not require CAC authentication.

In addition to its primary functions, the Navy App Locker is an excellent resource for finding apps that provide training on various topics. Many of these apps allow sailors to submit course completion credits to their Electronic Training Jacket (ETJ) through the Navy Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS).
